Online Code of Conduct

Link School is committed to creating a safe online environment in which everyone, including students and teachers feel comfortable and secure while participating in our activities. All Link School staff must at all times show respect and understanding for the individual’s rights, safety and welfare, and conduct themselves appropriately. Our students are expected to look after each other and treat everyone respectfully. Students are encouraged to feel comfortable with raising any concerns with their teachers or our Student Welfare Officer. All Link School staff must report any abusive behaviour. Not reporting abusive behaviour will be treated as equal to the abuse itself.

 

All course participants using Link School services commit to observe our Code of Conduct and are expected to:

  • Attend all classes 
  • Be punctual 
  • Do all homework 
  • Cooperate with teachers and other students during lessons 
  • No other devices or messengers can be on during live lessons. Use of other communication devices or applications​ during classes is NOT permitted. All messengers, chats etc other than virtual classroom should be turned off. Mobile phones must be on silent and put away during class.
  • The language of communication during lessons is English 
  • Be honest 
  • Respect other students and Link School staff  
  • Make fun of yourself, not others 
  • Everyone participating in our live classes should be dressed appropriately as for classes in a face to face classroom
  • Participants of live lessons must not wear sunglasses
  • Ask for help if you need any 
  • Teachers and students may communicate only via Link School platform. Any personal contact including, but not limited to telephone, social media or email is strictly forbidden. 
  • You can have only one account on our platform 
  • Follow Link School Code of Conduct  
  • Work hard and enjoy the experience!



Forbidden actions:

  1. Selling or sub-licencing, replicating, duplicating, copying or redistributing any material from www.linkschool.online
  2. Any attempts to defame, abuse, harass or threaten others
  3. Hate speech
  4. Offensive statements
  5. Using racist, sexist, homophobic or abusive terms or images, or swear words or language that may cause offence
  6. Bullying 
  7. Sexual harassment
  8. Participating in lessons in a state of intoxication 
  9. Discussing illegal activities
  10. Conducting illegal activities or activities that go against the public order and morals
  11. Behavior that may cause teachers or other students feel anxious or uncomfortable 
  12. Inappropriate attire such as too revealing clothing
  13. Posting or distributing any material (including links to other websites) that directly offers copyright infringing material, posting any content without permission of the copyright owner, or plagiarism
  14. Posting any vulgar, indecent or sexually explicit language or images
  15. Propagating chain mail 
  16.  Attempting to make personal contact with the Teachers, either directly or via proxy, online or offline
  17. Approaching the Teachers and encouraging them to consider other services or companies that are in competition with Link School Online
  18. Use of the website for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising, selling to or soliciting others); or sending spam 
  19. Posting or distributing any software or other materials that contain a virus or other harmful component
  20. Behavior that hinders the operation of our service
  21. Posting material not related to the subject of the topic of discussion which is considered as spam
  22. Allowing people other than the registered person to use their account
  23. Registration of multiple accounts 

 

Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and should be reported immediately. Link School reserves the right to exclude from classes any student who behaves in an abusive way.

 

You are responsible for the content of your messages. Users shall be legally liable for any damages caused to Link School or third parties as a result of a violation of our Code of Conduct. 

 

Link School will monitor your use of the communication channels provided by this website in order to ensure acceptable use of any public posts, chat, forum, message board, or e-mail function offered as part of this site.

 

Link School reserves the right to remove without notice or without providing any explanation a user who is in a serious breach of our code of conduct. In such cases no refunds will be issued. 

 

And last but not least: have limited trust to people you meet online.
